Power House Mill Building

Due to the location of this building, pre-dawning was necessary. Since I'd been out scouting my next Dark Ascent with James Ascent all night, I decided to wake Turrel at the asscrack of dawn to check it out, once and for all. The building itself would not be worth waking up that early to see, but I'm trying to slowly cover the entire mill campus before it gets renovated eventually. The four story building contained one large room per floor, plus a basement. All empty. Kind of disappointing. This building sits next to the Power House that is a few posts back on this site.
